The House of Assembly member representing Abeokuta North local government State constituency, Hon. Modupe Onikepo Mujota, on Thursday, 8th August, 2019 rolled out the drum to her constituents with the distribution of bags of rice and other materials as they celebrate Eid - el Kabir in style.
Highpoint of the ceremony was the presentation of cash, bags of rice, cooking oil and assorted foodstuffs to some widows within the constituency.
Leaders who attended the low key event and helped in presentation of the gift items include Alhaji Mufasiu Amosun and Alhaji Ganiyu Ademuyiwa among others.
While thanking Hon. Modupe Mujota on behalf of other widows, Mrs. Koleosho Lydia from ward 16 of Abeokuta North LG was full of praises to God for her victory at the polls under the banner of Allied Peoples' Movement (APM) while praying for the victory of the Governorship candidate of the party, Hon. Abdul- Kabir Adekunle Akinlade at the tribunal come August 19th, 2019.
