The Nigerian government has given MTN, DSTV, Shoprite and other South African companies seven days to exit the country.

The issuance of the ultimatum came on the back of the nonstop attacks on Nigerian citizens living in South Africa, the home country of the affected companies.

The resolution came from a meeting between @abikedabiri and @NANSNIG. At the end of the meeting, it was agree that @MTNNG, MultiChoice (@DStvNg), @Shoprite_NG and other South African-owned companies in Nigeria should stop operation and quit the business environment within seven days.
