JLo turned 50 on 24th July and she threw the most lavish birthday party on Star Island in Miami. The guest list was star studded including artists like Dj Khaled and Ashanti.
Jennifer Lopez took her party to a whole new level with spectacular ornate decor, a towering multitiered cake, and even a fireworks display.
She wore a custom made cutout shimmery metallic dress by Versace, and paired the look with diamond-studded hoops and golden platform pumps.
Earlier in the day, J.Lo’s fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, gifted her a $140,000 red Porsche convertible. He posted some sweet words on instagram;
“Hi, baby girl. Just wanna wish you a happy birthday,” he says, looking into the camera. “I cannot believe this, baby girl. Since we’ve been together, you have made me feel like every day is my birthday. Thank you for your passion and your energy and your inspiration and your endless pursuit to be the best at everything that you do. You’re simply the best partner in life, the best daughter, the best mother, the best performer. We love you. Your fans love you. Your children love you. And I love you. Let’s make this birthday a very special one. Te quiero mucho, macha.”
J.Lo commented, “I’m crying … I love our life … I love you so much … thank you, my beautiful macho.”
