A Twitter user identified as Hajjo has taken to the platform to allege that the Abuja adult toy shop in which Elisha Abbo physically assaulted a woman, has been closed down.

Meanwhile, Elisha Abbo, a senator representing Adamawa North senatorial district, on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was caught on camera physically assaulting a woman at an adult toy shop in Abuja.

Following this, it appears the shop is no longer opened. According to Twitter user Hajjo, the shop has been closed down. She shared the news, criticizing the country's hypocrisy and its approach to things.

She wrote: "I heard In the news today that the sex shop has been closed down. Nigerians need to decide whether they like sex or not, Why they feel threatened by adults useing, games, toys and other safe sanitary tools to enhance their private experiences Outside the kayan Mata industry."

Hiding behind one finger.
Our pretence and hypocrisy is legendary.
Mask our depravity with religion.

Same country where rape is the order of the day, serious crimes are a daily occurence, sanctity of human life is almost non existent.
Deal with those? No.
Police sexuality? Yes.

What's responsible for our skyrocketing population? Are we importing children from neighbouring countries?

Sex shop is a shop just like every other. Nigerians like to act as though married people don’t use all this pretend as if the sex is only for having kids

Funny thing is I've seen with my two eyes, men hawking dildos out of wheelbarrows in the evening at Yaba.
But a full-fledged sex shop is where sanctimonious Nigerians draw the line.
